• Calls can be answered either by individuals or groups of users and transferred between phones.
• Users can conference with other users and external callers.
• Calls can be answered &/or messages can be taken by DBV's receptionist (according to package).
• Users have a voicemail box with fully personalized greetings. This can be remotely accessed from anywhere in the world for a mobile phone.
• Users can record calls at the touch of a button to their Voicemail box so that they can be review post call (subject to storage allowances).
• Virtual companies can have an Auto-attendant allowing calls to choose from options for different types of query e.g., Press 1 for Sales and 2 for Service etc.
• The system can be set to operate in different ways dependant on the time of day or day of week. An example of this would be to have calls answered by different people am & pm, while callers are informed that you are closed after hours.
• Calls to a user or group can be automatically re-routed to another user, external number or even a mobile phone. This is selectable by user.
